i had read your suggestions and started using castor oil and coconut oil in ratio of 1:1.

I used to have good soft and thick hair but now it is become so thin and short after my delivery.

kindly advise anything else has to be done.

i am vegeterian. so suggest accordingly. and also about shampoo. how abt meera poweder.

ya u need to go herbal way only really meera powder is good but u need to take more risk for wash

anyway but its really good use it or else meera shampoo,himalaya

sister plz check it whether u have any dandruff

after delivery because of harmonal change aomething will fall but not more

drink at least one tender coconut
