Hi, I am coping with sore nipples due to breastfeeding. What is the solution for dealing with sore nipples due to breastfeeding. I think most of the mothers who are breastfeeding their babies, must be facing this problem. How to deal with it?

My daughter is now two year old and she is still on breastfeeding. I don' t know how to to get rid of breastfeeding habit of my daughter. I think 2 years of breastfeeding is more than enough. I want to help my daughter get rid of this breastfeeding habit, what to do?

Insufficient breast milk supply is the common breastfeeding problem. Massage can help but I have heard that some foods are very helpful for increasing breast milk supply. Is any one of you aware of such foods to increase breast milk supply? Please let me know....thanks in advance.
