hey girls,

That was very terrible pain but when u hv a baby in your hand, believe me u forgot the whole pain

in my case on friday night i hv littel bit unusal pain than all other day and in saturday morning my backpain started and i feel i want to go toilet again and again but it not happen and in afternoon i feel contraction than v gone to hospital than they cheak me. that cheaking was also very painfull they told still the time is not came than v came at home but the contraction at every 20 mins than in saturday night i feel to much pain but that checking was very painfull that`s why v r not gone to hospital and in night my water bag break than v gone hospital. they nurse told me to walk more than 2 hrs. i walk littel bit. than once again cheaking than once agian they told me to walk but this time i can`nt walk due to pain and i continously visiting toilet without any output. than after 2 hrs, nurse take me on birthing suit.
before i think that i donot want to go for epidual but i can`nt bear so i told to give a epidual and suddenly before the time of taking epidual i feel motion and i can`nt control and nurse told me that now not needed epidual. baby is coming and in morning at 9 o clock my sweety baby came and all the time my hubby was with me and he give me a whole support so it`s helpfull too much. for pushing he inspire me too much
u may borred from my long story but it may helpfull to u girls that`s why i writeen
one more thing i like to tell u that at the time of contraction do not control that contration or any pain during the labour just do a relex beathing ( do a breathing very slowly) and time of pushing for baby, do pushing with full force otherwise u hv to suffer for long time

Best of luck and take care

Thanks Hetal, so sweet of you to share your story with us... thats great that you went through it without any pain relief medication...
Just thinking about it freaks me out.. :)
Practicing some breathing techniques really works I guess....

Hi Hetal,

Thanks for taking your time to share your story and also for your advice. It was very touching.

Manisha is saying it too, not to control our pain. Breathing exercises do help in such cases.

So, you did it without the help of epidural. That's great. I don't think I'll be able to do it. You must have gone through a lot of pain in those two days. As you said, when you see the baby, we'll forget everything.

Good luck with your second,
Vindhya

Diaper Service Provider,Bangalore
Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a Diaper Service Provider in Bangalore? They generally provide cloth diapers and replace them with a new set every 2-3 days.

Thanks in advance
