my son is 4 months old and is suffering from nose block wakes up crying due breathing diffculty any help around iam giving him nasoclear drops butstill the problem persists

for ur 4months old son u can make his crib in slant position so that he can fell better,and u can keep bettle leaf on his forehead,and just rub some vicks on a blanket and keep near hte nose when he is sleeping,andu can try humidifer,and try this also just prepare saline drops ,by using 4 oz of water and put 1/4thof salt in it and add two drops into his nose and just suck it out ,and u can try breast milk two to three drops into his nose.
all this i have tried for my baby and she use to feel better .but i donot know how comfortable u r using this remedies.

rajji bharthi replied. My son is also 5 and a half months and even he had the same problem. Doctor had advised a nasal drops by name Rhine and that really helped him and he is back to normal. You mustconsult your paeditrisian and get his advise before using this. shweta replied. hello,
my son also had severe cold problem couple weeks ago. usually when cold catches, it take couple days to get better coz they have their course.
but what helped my son i think was i gave him steaming. add just very little vicks in the hot water and then give him steam for no more than 10 mins.
it will definitely help him.
give steam for three times daily and as it gets better make it two times.
and try to clean the nasal passage with the bulb syringe if u have one.

me too faced the same prob. with my child when he was 3and half months old.what i used was Homeo medicines and TULASI(Ocimum sanctum) juice also. i took the juice from the leaves of TULASI and gave him early in the morning. that caused the phlegm to come out in the form of big vomiting.or that may come out in sneeze. if you believe in home remedies you can try this.all the best and let me know the result if you try.with love,
