Hi girls,
I am at the end of 16 weeks and am feeling extremely dryness in my throat and chest. I don’t have cough or cold. Can any one help me to reduce some dryness and give me some tips.

Have u tried mixing honey, ghee & haldi(turmeric powder) & taking it at night before sleeping & dont drink water on that. Or may be just take milk & add little ghee & haldi & little salt. & drinkl that before sleeping......it works well as we few friends had it in our last pregnancy & it workied. take care & ask doc it nothin works

Thanks Niki,
I will try milk, haldi, Ghee, and salt today. My mom told me not to take honey as its tendency is hot. and haldi is als tend to be hot but with ghee it will be fine so i will definatly try this. thanks once again.

Hi Sheel (nice name),

I belong to the November club. I ocassionally feel dryness in my throat which i feel maybe dehydration. I drink 6 glasses of water and more as I am growing in my pregnancy. If this does not relieve your symptom, check with your doctor.

Even I drink a lot water but that doesn't make much diffrence. My mom told me it is because baby's hair are growing more and more. well I hope it will reduce with time.
