My baby boy turned 6 months today , cant believe it :).. Today i bought a jumper for him , he enjoying it ... he already taking cereal and vegies ...

Thanks for the reply , hey shaily our boys born on the same day (29/12/05):) i started giving cereal on the 5th month , then after 2 weeks gave yellow vegie , i tried sweet potato and carrot ( he likes sweet potato only ) so tomorrow am planning to give green vegie ( i bought green beans and peas ) and from this week planning to give rice cereal with banana .. Im giving cereal 3 times a day ... ..

Hey ramya, sorry couldnt post to your earlier message. Ritika is just keeping me busy. My inlaws are here till august 1st, so thats also going on. Total tied up. Have noted down your number, will try calling you sometime soon and also forward my number.
I am giving gerber vege (squash & carrots) and gerber fruit (banana & applesauce) twice a day. She has got used to the taste, but still doesnt like rice cereal. In between keep breast feeding her. She doesnt take bottle or formula.
Ok then take care. Love to all the kidoos. Will keep posting regularly.

what veggies do u give him kavitha?i follow 1 ground rule and will introduce 1 new thing each week.

Ramya, i've been a bit busy over the last few days...that's why i haven't been posting...as of now, no plans for the long weekend......what about you guys???

Have any of you pierced your baby' s ears? Where did you get it done? Were you able to change the earrings after the piercing and put on indian ear rings? My pediatrician does not do it, and she suggested that i take tanvi to the mall. Pls share your experiences at the mall if you' ve had any.
My daughter was 5 months old when we decided to get her ear pierced. The non medical ear piercing options are painful and unsafe with possibilities of hepatitis, viruses and even HIV and I can never recommend it. My husband and I were looking for a safe, modern, gun shot piercing option which is completely safe, pain-free and with a traditional touch as well.
