cld u pls clear my dbts:
*in the letter of invitation how many mths[of stay] did you'll put?
*also better to answer the reason of visit as tourism only ,right bcos when u say to see my SIL&daughter they ask why can't they visit you ?
*how wld it be if we put 3-6 mths as duration of stay,any thoughts on this?
*also if property papers r in a native language do we get it translated or wld it suffice if notary states they r true originals in english?
*What exactly shld we do abt property papers get it notarized right by a notary public?

In your invitation letter do not mention any time period. Just say you are wanting them to come down to see the Canyon, Disneyland, blah, blah.
And the reason should be tourism.
Property should be appraised and the appraiser will give the required letter which is to be notarized.
