Hi Archie
I have a question i have been getting alot of achiness in my body also when i wake up in he morning i get a lot of pain in my wrist could this be due to carpel tunnel? i know that the pain of achiness in the whole body could stay for over 6 months postpartum but is there anything i can do for this?
Also another question i have is when should i start using baby wipes i am still cleaning Dylans bottom with water and wiping with tissue r have told me to hold up on the wipes as they cause rash.
I am also sterilizing dylan baby bottles washing with water and soap and then putting then to boil in a pot. Dr has tols me not to be super clean and that maybe tyo stop boiling to halp build the immune system but i feel that aslong as i am at home looking after him that i should do my best later when i start work he will go to the babysitters and they will not be taking as much care as his mother would :)

Dear Priya,
I have a few suggestions on your aches and also cleaning stuff.
you can get massage to your parts of body those aches, use seasame oil, mustard oil or coconut oil. It's because you did not go through massage right in first six weeks after delivery and would take longer to stop these aches, normal as of today.

Do not use soap to clean baby bottles. There is no 100% guarantee its gone off and is not good for his stomach. Just rinse bottles in hot water and if you like boil for 2-5 minutes.
Yes, I am with his Dr. to boost immune system development better not to clean as much you are doing but don't let them be dirty either, because Dylan won't get antibiotics in case he get sick. therefore clean with hot water or maximum boiling for 2-5 minutes, I never boiled Advaits bottle more than 2 minutes. He never caught any bug even in India. Remember, when you give him water that's boiled for 10-15 minuted and cooled to room temperature not in fridge though.

hope these comments make some sense.

Breast pumps
I am using a medela pump to feed my baby when I am out. The medela breast pumps are really a good choice for the working moms. We can pump the milk regularly and can store it and use whenever needed.... - dalewhither [View Message]
evenflo elan breast pump
Buy this pump! It’s made my life so much easier. I always got sore with my old Medela Advanced, but that never happens with the Ameda Purely Yours Breast Pump. What really makes a difference is its ease of use. It’s really easy to switch between pumping phases and take apart to clean. Strongly recommend it for all mothers that pump daily.... - stellatylor [View Message]

try this
As we discussed earlier in this forum I used magnetic alphabets , through which he has learnt alphabets within a week. And number within 4 days.
It is as like take the letter and stick to it where ever he goes more and ask him to search a particular letter. this worked very well for me.
all the best... - Manju [View Message]
