Due Date Club January 2006:hi all

Name: neetu helo to all moms and love to all kiddoos,
actually its been ages since i logged on to this page so i think i need to reintroduce myself
my daughter nitya is 5 months old now and it happens dat wenevr she sees the computer screen on she yells and howls and is pacified only wen i sit wid her on my lap in front of the screen and den she bangs on d keyboard -side effects of mine being a s/w engg and working late into pregnancy!!he he .so precisely dats d reason i avoid sitting on the system fearing for her little eyes.today dad is taking care of her so i m free.
i belong to kerala ,live in gwalior and work in delhi.
nitya otherwise is a chweetie pie has not troubled me at all!other dan d computer problem.
she took solids,water,formula everything very easily,plays d whole day,sleeps wen i sleep,sleeps all thru d nite so having a happy time parenting her.
but d only problem is she has not yet rolled over and seems to b constipated all d time but dat does not trouble her only i m troubled!waiting eagerly for her to turn over and reach oder milestones early so dat i do not miss upon her activities wen i join bak

Nice to hear from you.My Son ritvik recently started to Roll-Over,he will be completing 5th month by 23rd.So Nitya also will soon Roll-over.As Jay said each Kid has difft.Pace.

My DD Tanvi will turn 5 mths on the 25th....Iam enjoying motherhood so far. Iam at home with her full time right now....I've almost used up all my maternity leave...now I only have roughly a month...Iam debating whether to go back to work or stay home with her....
Hey....don't worry about her rolling over. The avg age for rolling over is 5.5 mths....and then again, babies do develop at different paces....so one day when she is ready, you'll find her rolling all over the place.
Luv to Nitya....and do keep posting whenever you get time.

Iam in the finance field....my schedule is quite demanding...which is why Iam wondering whether to go back or take a break for a while.

Have any of you pierced your baby´ s ears?

Have any of you pierced your baby' s ears? Where did you get it done? Were you able to change the earrings after the piercing and put on indian ear rings? My pediatrician does not do it, and she suggested that i take tanvi to the mall. Pls share your experiences at the mall if you' ve had any.

My daughter was 5 months old when we decided to get her ear pierced. The non medical ear piercing options are painful and unsafe with possibilities of hepatitis, viruses and even HIV and I can never recommend it.
