You can malkr betroot juice at home
mehtod for fresh bet root juice is :first grate betroot then in a mixer or blender add some water and grated betroot to it blend it for 5 mintues and strain it

i am new to this site...so respondingthis late...u need not take out juice of beet root but...jus can jus take a slice of it n rub over ur lips...
