Breastfeeding:breastfeeding pumps on rental in Pune

Can anybody tell me wheather I can get electric breastpump on rent as to buy these pumps is quite expensive.Is anybody there --a lactation consultant who will guide me on expression of milk and how to use the breastpump?

Hi Kaya,certainly you can get help for breastfeeding at \" Hirkani Gynaecology and breastfeeding Medicine clinic\" in Pune.It is a breastfeeding friendly clinic,with lots of accessories to assist you in breastfeeding ,there are electric breast-pumps for the rents and it works well for so many mothers as most of the mothers need pumps tempororily and buying is quite expensive.Mothers who do not need their pumps can donate the pumps to this clinic as these will be used for the unprivilaged class.Dr Mangala Wani runs the clinic..she is International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and is the first Lactation Consultant in Pune.What I found amazing is that all mothers who deliever with her breastfeed successfully.The clinic is situated at Om Super-market Chowk,model colony..

According to my gyno, I have some special hormones due to which i can easily lactate and due to that my motherly instincts are extremely high. I was lactating until 1 yr back & I still can induce if i want to breastfeed anyone.
