well 2 days ago ,i heard the heartbeat of my baby which is still beating in my ears now n then,well i join the club having no symptoms at al,but unlike others mentioned i m not feeling hungry at al i am eating in reg.intervals for the sake of it
as i was litle overweight b4 conceiving i m scared of puting too much weight.for constipation i m addicted to isabogol .it doesnt happen without it.is it okay to have it everday?>??

My doc asked me not to have isabgol, because she said constipation will get worse once u start iron tablets in the 2nd trimester, one will then end up being dependant on isabgol throughout the pregnancy.
What i do is this - drink atleast two glasses of hot water with lemon or honey in the morning, before or after my coffee (I cant skip my morning mugful of coffee!) and I try and eat a fruit like orange before my coffee.

it' s better if you eat fruits to solve your constipation problem.. the more you depend on isabgol the less your system will function will on its own.. so take as much as fruit and steamed vegetables possible.. broccoli is supposed to be very rich in fibre and also its a very good antioxidant so it will benefit you in more ways than one..also you won' t put on much weight if u eat fruits and vegetables
