The aata noodles which they advertise to be HEALTHY also have Disodium guanylate, similar to MSG, which is banned in infant food. pregnant mothers should not eat it. if u eat it once in a while its fine, but be very particular. it's not even mentioned that it has this ingredient, its written as Flavour Enhancer no. 627. i had to check it out on the internet to find out what it is, and was shocked. i think they or some other company has come out with a new soup where they advertise that there's no MSG and its written in bold on the pack. this was not written on this pack, so i thought it may contain something fishy. i think if they want to add it, they can, but should bloody well not advertise it as healhty.

First of all it is not MCG but it is called MSG: Mono Sodium Glutamate. I am not sure if maggi has MSG but contains lot of sodium which is not good for your health. Since you live in US you ask for food without MSG. Best of luck with your pregnancy.

diet during pregnancy
Maintaining a healthy diet during pregnancy is very important.

During this time, your body needs additional nutrients, vitamins and minerals.

In fact, you may need 350–500 extra calories each day during the second and third trimesters.

A diet lacking in key nutrients may negatively affect the baby’s development.
