Name: rv hi gals, since 5 days i have been giving ritika rice cereals with bm. today i noticed a dirty diaper.. a bit different in color and a bit thick.. is this normal???

Hi Rv,

Same was my experience.. When I started Suji Kheer for my daughter she had thick stools like elders do..and she had a hard time pushing it all out:) This is very natural since we introduce solids...

Ritvik also had same.When i enquired my Ped she told it is normal,as we r giving solids ,they will have a bit thick stools.

Have any of you pierced your baby´ s ears?

Have any of you pierced your baby' s ears? Where did you get it done? Were you able to change the earrings after the piercing and put on indian ear rings? My pediatrician does not do it, and she suggested that i take tanvi to the mall. Pls share your experiences at the mall if you' ve had any.

My daughter was 5 months old when we decided to get her ear pierced. The non medical ear piercing options are painful and unsafe with possibilities of hepatitis, viruses and even HIV and I can never recommend it.
