Hi Archie,
I am Anumita, 30 yrs of age. My husband is 33 yrs and we are TTC. We had troubles and so underwent treatment. IVF was the only way for us. I had IVF in May, 2004 but no success. This month again I am going for IVF. Though our doctor is there for advice but can we take any care about food etc after implantation to help retain pregnancy.
Doctor says i can have everything except some foods like papaya etc.
I read yur advice to other people. Please can you suggest some precautions and food etc which I should take/avoide.

dear Anumita,
i am exactly not sure about food that may help you but what is important is for you to relax. i understand that it is extremely difficult...it is easier said than done....but you have to understand that your glands in your brain controls hormone secretion. it you are stresses, it could add some negative effect by affecting yoru hormones. so relax and go ahead....
