Hope everyone is fine !
From yesterday onwards I have started getting swelling in my feets. One of my friends noticed it while I was leaving office in the evening. Mine is an office job. I have kept a box stand in front of my chair to keep legs in a raised height. People say its good to keep your legs on a raised object, this gives comfort and the blood circulation improves.

Even I try to maintain correct body posture with my back having support but still there is a lot of pain in my back which makes it almost impossible for me to sit. It happens anytime of the day & Specially in the evening it gets worse. I get my back rubbed / pressed by my maid but its a temporary relieve.

Is there any cure ???? Are you people also facing the same problems ?? Lets discuss and find out if there is something which can be done.

i have the same problem as yours i m 32 weeks pregnant and my edd is 29th july... now a days feel sooo bad backache and my left leg i also noticing swelling and i have read one article in which they mention this by the name of Water retention and this happens when there is an increase in the amount of fluid present in the tissue this cause sweeling especaially of the feet, face , hands ... your ring may become tight... standing all days especailly in hot weather can cause fluid to pool in the ankle , pregnancy hormones can cause retention of sodium by the kidneys which is turn causes the body to retain fluid....
now the sloution is simple Avoid standing for prolonged period ,, put your feet up and avoid salty food....
and do some rotation excercise with your feet .... atleat two three times in a day for three to five mins....
