hi ladies
i have written here before and i really dont know how to deal with my MIL and my huband's relationship. I am so put off by it, that I dont even feel like have a physical relationship with my husband. He becomes like a small baby in front of that woman. Sorry but I hate her so much, she keeps advising him against my family and my religion - we are of both different religions and he listens to her, like GOD ! I feel so angry, I dont know how to handle it anylonger. It is affecting my health, as I am loosing weight.....

I dont know what to do anymore. anushka replied. hey i don't know what to say..b'coz i feel like the same way wht you feel.i have tried to be soft with her. but most of the time if a show the little finger , she will try to swollow the whole hand..so my understanding is i have to remain silent..not to bother about her..remember , we are educated, act like an educated , inteligent girl, don't fall in her level..sooner or later my husband will realise the fact , they treat me..what i do is i try to avoid them as much as possible, like short conversation over phone, if you have to go to thier home, avoid teeling you have other things to do..and don't think about them spoil your head, as soon as you realise you are thinking try to do some other activity..believe me! there is no solution for this problem..we have find our own ways to keep us happy. sha replied. hey there is some hope. If you married into a different religion it will be hard for his family to like you at first. but then again most MILs are a pain at first. They are testing their bounderies. they want you to learn their respect. try talking with her about other things. when she is in your home. be very soft spoken with her. if it is a festive day for his family try to goin in. even if you dont befieve what they are doing. just show her that you respect her. and she will do the samething. you can ask her about what the family costumes are. and if you have children teach them both yours and his. that way they wont be confosed when they are growing up.
