Name: vidya Hi friends,

I' m going for my 12weeks scan tomorrow. Just want to know whether it is done vaginally or abdomen scan. I suppose some of u must have already had your scans. Give me an idea so i can be prepared mentally.

Hi Vidya
i just had my 12 weeks scan..
and it was an abdominal scan.
my doctor had said that she does only the first scan vaginally because at that stage it is difficult to see much on an abdominal scan.. later on as the baby grows all scans are abdominal scans.
hope you have a great scan!
