Hi Ramya! fine here!
i know! i had these periods of not feeling anything.... but it' s quite normal i think..
the discharge is normal... i read somewhere that you should expect increased discharge throughout your pregnancy... it' s only a matter of concern if it is yellow to brown or foul smelling.. otherwise it' s fine!

the cramp... i used to feel that too... and the baby was fine.. don' t really know why.. but then my GP once said it must be because your ligaments are stretching when the baby is growing... that might be the reason.
also.. it could be because of indigestion prbs which are common during pregnancy.

i do not know about the stomach being stretched.. but i think that some pregnant women find it uncomfortable to sleep on their backs.. and this problem increases during the second to third semester...
also if you sleep on your back, it puts undue pressure on the spine.. and as ur belly grows.. sleeping on your back can cause your uterus to press against the artery which supplies blood to your foetus.... hence they advise to sleep on the side.. atleast practice sleeping on the side... left side is the best because there is no major organ on that side!( ur liver is on the right)

hope that helps!
all the best for your next appt!
love
ira
