zoospermia is the absence of any sperm in the ejaculate. Ideally two semen analyses should be examined by a specialised laboratory, and these analyses should be produced at least six weeks apart.Azoospermia is either due to problems with manufacture of the sperm in the testes (non-obstructiveazoospermia, or NOA), or due to a blockage of the transport of sperm after their production (obstructiveness, OA).I would suggest that in such cases you should consult specialized clinics offering such treatments. I came to know that Bour hall clinic are the first infertility clinic in india to sucessfully perform micro TESE treatment. This procedure is usually done in patients who do not have any sperm within the ejaculate due to defective production of sperm. This may be due to previous testicular surgery, some previous medical treatment or a genetic problem. Blood tests will be done to investigate whether there is any evidence of a known genetic problem, and if one is identified then you may be referred to a genetic counsellor.

Hence we thought to go for donor sperm. But there is still... - SS [View Message]
