Planning a Baby  Discussion Forum

Hi Guys

My husband and I would like to adopt a baby girl, I am currently residing in Mumbai and shuttle between Mumbai and Goa, cos my husband has been working in Goa for 5 years now.

Could anybody guide me , we would love to adopt a baby from mumbai, goa, pune, place doesnt really mater, we are looking at an infant aged 3-12 months, as the conditioning would be better I think with a small baby,

Am 36 now, and my husband is 44, does age play a role in the baby' s age whilst adoption. I would love to get some help ,

Hi Sushma, I am Kishor and my wife Bidhurita adopted a 6 month boy child through one of the NGO in Odisha. Don' t delay. Go through the CARA instruction and adopt from an organization, which is CARA authorised.

Kishor Suresh replied. We have an adopted daughter and am 41 years old now and my wife is 36 years now. We had adopted a 3 month old baby about 4 years back. Age doesn' t play a bothersome role, i would like to suggest that you shouldn' t delay much. Once you have decided about it, please go ahead, it' s a wonderful experience
