Hi Naz,

I have Pcos & i have been taking metformin for over a year.I was asked to take 500mg twice a day. My doctor warned me that it may cause upset stomach, so asked to start with 500mg per day & slowly increase to 500mg twice a day after a week.
Do try to take the tablet along with food. Hope you get over your upset stomach soon. But the problem persists for long, pls do ask your doctor.

Best wishes,
Dia
