Hope everyone is enjoying ur days with ur little ones.My son didnt have a bowel movement for 4 days so i am very tensed he always has breastfeeding but at night i give him formula once everyday.Can anyone tell any home remedies and suggest what i can do.Please help me i dont know what to do.

Best method

Although there may be lots of home remedies since 4 days is a long time, try giving mineral oil drops (about 4-5 available in drug stores) in his formula for now. Other home remedies include you eating a lot of fruits a vegetables, plenty of water/juices or try avoiding formula for just now. Good luck
