Hi Happy moms,
has anyone started with exercises? I almost completed 6 weeks and my tummy is still big :( so planning to do some exercises to flaten my tummy :) Are there any particular exercises to reduce that big tummy? pl. do share your thoughts...

I completed 7 weeks. and need to start on my exercises, atleast walking in worstcase. lost 20-25 lb after my delivery, but eating lot of stuff too..
heard breastfeeding really keeps us to cut off extra pounds quickly.are ypu breast feeding? if so, continue it..:)

Hi Sree,

How are u? I will complete my 6th week on monday. I am still having pain when I climbe the stares. before pregnency I used to run 4km per day so I am missing my activeness. I have planned to wait this month. then I will start for excercise. for Tummy normal tummy cruches can helpful. Have u gained any wait after delivery or loose wait? I lost 20lb after delivery but now I have gained 5 lb because of eating all ghee items.
