What is the best facial hair diplatory cream method for facial hair removal in the USA for a light skinned person?

I have facial hair on my upper lip and chin and side areas. I have bleached for many years using Sally Hansen brand bleach. Bleaching makes the color of the hair light and fair and it blends well with my skin color for the most part, but I don't like the fuzz appearance on my skin and if I get tan from the sun or my skin is red the hair shows more.

I would never use the string method or the shaving or waxing method because they make the hair grow back thicker and more and can give people like me with lighter skin that \";shaven\"; look after a few years of doing this. I have seen this look on light skinned people who shaved their face or used the string or wax method and it looks bad.

Does anyone in the US who has light skin know of a good hair removal cream?

Yes, I tried electroylis for one summer 4 years ago but the price of $60 per hour of treatment was too much to pay. It did remove some hairs away permanently.

Jenna replied. I use crotex hair removal cream. It gets rid of unwanted hair permanently and is good for all types of skin.
