Dear Priya,
Incomptetnt cervix is a big culprit of miscarriages in series. However you have a good news that you are surpassed stage of miscarriage and if in good hospital baby born anytime hereafter will have 100% chances of survival.

Travelling with incompetent cervix is an issue in first trimester, in third trimester you have other things to worry. Such as make sure,
you do not have lower back pain,
no pain in waist line,
no spotting,
you practice breathing during flight,
you are accompanied by support person on flight
you are taking enough of liquids (water) on flight
you are making your bladder empty on regular basis.

To me seems that you should travel on or before 30th week, anytime later can be risky due to bad pressure in domestic flights there is high chance that you may suffer some discomfot.

Make sure you don't get lot of baggage while on flight.

Good luck
Archie

Hi Archie
Thanks a lot for your advise. There is one more thing on which i will be grateful if you offer some advise.Through out my pregnancy i have been suffering from Urinary tract infection. In my 3 rd month i was given two 3 day courses of Sporidex 500.Then during my Cerclage I was put on a 5 day course of Amikasin and in later part of my 6th month I was given a 3 day course of Norfloxacin. Now the doctor is not very keen on giving me any antibiotics. She has advised me to drink lots of water as you have also advised in other letters.Lately in my urine culture no organisms were found to be growing. However pus cells were found in complete urine examination.
Now my problem is I am experiencing this pain in pelvic area and also sometimes on my right side of abdomen(which the doctor says is probably due to colitis). Pain is more in the nights. Even while trying to get up from bed spreading my legs cause pain in pelvic area and also pressure in the right side.. What might be the reason of this pain? Is this a cause of concern esp when i am travelling by air as i mentioned in my first letter? What other precautions do I need to take?
