Hi Girls,
Hope you all are doing really well.

I just got back from the gyno's office...and she could not stress enough the fact that we all must exercise...She said that exercise during pregnancy makes your baby's IQ rise by at least 10 points....that's a motivator!!!

I am guilty like many..after coming home from a long day at work, cooking dinner..the last thing you feel like doing is exercising(taking a walk, etc.)

I can undestand u since even I am going through the same phase...

We got a new house recently and that took all our savings...at the same time I came to know that I am carrying...U can't believe but at first when I came to know I couldn't react... since this is a real tough time...

Since we r only two..me and my husband..staying here, I am against keeping a maid for the other work like washing and cleaning....

In all this I am happy since my hubby loves me a lot and cares a lot for me... and it's worth doing all this for the one you love....

One thing is good that my work place is very near to my home and this people are also very much understanding in all this...

Chalo bye and take care...And don't do exercise all of a sudden... if you r about to start it then start it slowly...

I too am a mom-to-be n currently in my 21st week... so kinda close to you....
