hi everyone,
I have heard a lot bout kegel exercise? Can anyone tell me what is kegel exercise? and how do u do it?

Hi Dipi, this is the exercise which makes your vaginal muscules flexible.

If done during prganancy it will help a lot during labor and after preganancy it will help to regain the size early and properly...

How to do it :-
1. lie down and contract your buttocks, vaginal muscules as you do while ina urge of urination.
2. count 5
3. relax and again repeat it for as many time as you wish...

You can do this at any place since no one will come to know that you r doing it. In any position will do.

in case any further question ...ask without hesitation...
