I dont know if this is the right place to ask the question, please excuse me if its not.
My father in laws 70th birthday is comming up, we r planning to have a pooja that day. i want ot know what kind of gifts can be given to my f-i-l and also the guests who come to the pooja.
Any ideas please....

It depend upon the age of the guest. You can gift then=m silver coin , towels is also a good option, pen with your FIL's name on it, mobile holderetc.

all rich gals ye. so many ppl do u wish to call. giving silver cows, ganesh, india sure is booming. y not celebrate his birthday at some orphanage or blind school just like our indian film stars do. take a pic and post it on the web. atleast when ur fil leaves this earth he will go to heaven because of the puNya.

i had a pooja in my house and i gave to guests silver idols of ganesha ,my sister had pooja and she gave silver cows (many worship cows in north)
it didnt cost much some where around 100 to 200 per item u can try that
