I had very low sperm count and I underwent Ayurvedic treatment for just 2 months and my sperm count went from 1.2 Mil to 15.1 Mil. And my wife is now pregnant.

The doctor I consulted was Dr. Prakasam in N.R. Colony in Bangalore. He is a very good doctor and very economical too. For the 2 month course of medicines and consultation he charged me just R.1500. I will be happy to share more information with you if needed.

namaste
the diet as explained by fellow is correct. having plenty of sprouts, raw food, milk products helps. apart from these measure, comes the role of natural herbal supplments which are spermatopoietic i. e increase sperm counts, modify motility and correct the pathologies. An expet Ayurvedic physician can diagnose the cause and type of deformity and treat it .
i recommend this option as one of the safe and effective.

I don' t know whether you are veg/non veg, but if your husband eats daily one raw onion it will definitely increase his sperm count.

i suggest you include plenty of sprouts in your diet and ask your husband to do boat rowing exercise this improves and stimulates the sperm to multiply a lot, that is ask him to sit on the ground with both legs stretched side by side, and slowly lift it to 45deg and now the bottom is on the ground and the body and legs are in a wide v fashion, now start rowing with both hands in circles this will put pressure to the groin area and one can improvise with slowly increasing the time, take it step by step and not hurry into doing it for longer times, may be a 2 minute then 5 minutes slowly increase to 15 minutes this will help him with vigour...no coffee or tea during these months of trial, more of fruits and vegetables avoid non veg for sometime, take plenty of greens and salads a must in your diet, you will find in 3 to 4 months the difference in your sexual performance too..As far as Also it goes without saying that you choose the right clinic/hospital for IVF treatment...do research before you finalise the rite one..i would recommend a clinic like Bourn Hall since they specialize in IVF treatment and they have well equipped labs carrying all tests, world class infrastructure ...a great team of doctors

IVF via Donor Sperm
Hi, we are planning for ivf via donor sperm as we have genetic history wherein my daughter is ASD and mine own brother is ADHD hence genetic counselor said there is risk of 15-20 percent of child being autistic if we use our own gamet. If male child is born the risk is higher than a girl child.

Hence we thought to go for donor sperm. But there is still... - SS [View Message]
