We are newly married and want to have a baby desperately because of societal pressure, we are trying sice last 6 months but know luck...We don' t have any medical problem and I get periods regularly. Please give tips and advices for getting pregnant faster.

If you have regular cycles then calculate the 14th day and try on days around it or on that day as 14th day of the cycle is when ovulation takes place and trying acc to that might help you get pregnant.
