Hello everyone
I am sure you all are having a great time with your baby kicks and movments.
I am in my 26th week. I have started feleing the baby movements since last couple of weeks. Sometimes I feel movements quite often and at times I do not feel it for 4-5 hours ona stretch and then again feel a little bit.
I get so anxious if I don't feel my baby moving. Is this normal? Also how can one distinguish between a kick and other movements. I mean I have heard about mommies getting hurt by baby kicks but I just feel soft kicks( again i am not sure if it is a kick, how does one figure out).
Really pregnancy is such a roller coaster ride.
Sometimes it is so much fun, sometimes so much anxiety.

i m from JUly borad and my EDD is 29th july i m now 33 weeks of my pregnancy... when i read your query i remeber my days when i ask the same questions to everybody :)
beleive me there is nothing to worry ... this is your first pregnancy i think??? and i have also first time mother and till 29th weeks i haven't feel any movemnet and sometime when i read articles and here in board discussion every body was sooo excited about their baby movement and i felt sooo upset at that time that why this thing is not happen with me?? but later on beleive me everything went fine and yeah u r right in the begining we can't
judge that this is a baby movemnet or what? or this is our doubt??? when believe me after 15 days u can feel very clearly your baby movment and right now when i have complted my 32 weeks and from today start 33 weeks oHHH Dear..... sometimes i feel sooo big and painful kicks and plus now my tummy moves alot and without putting my hand u can seee how my tummy moves and u can see little bumps sometimes:)
all this things will be occur ....but its takes a little time so dono worrry my sister:) wait for sometimes and then u will say to your self that when this days will be over and when i will hold my baby .... cos beleive now at night cos of her movment and jumps and kicks i can't sleep:(
hey do onething.... eat some chocalte or any sweet thinng and then drink chilled sharbat or water and then sleep on your left side.... u will felll your baby movment..... i also used that method when i told my doctor that i m soooo worried about my baby movemnet so she told me to do that and u can feel your baby movmnet....
and yeah DONO worrry okiez give some time to your baby:) and then your baby will show u how she/he can dance inside u :)hahaha

Rosemina Viranna replied. Give yourself a couple of weeks more - then you will definetly be feeling movements and kicks - and you will know the difference when it happens. As baby gets bigger - the space for moving around decreases and that's when you will start feeling a lot more movement -even during the day - I am 29 weeks now and baby is getting bigger - heartburn on the increase and lots of movement and kicks! Wait just a couple of weeks more and you will enjoy the same! Viranna replied. Also, there will be times in the day and night when baby is 'sleeping' and times when baby is awake - I read somewhere that they are awake only 5% of the time- I am sure that figure varies - but if you don't feel movement for a couple of hours - I don't think you should worry.
