C-Section:Archie & All back pain after C-section

Dear Archie & All,
I had C-section delivery 2 months back. My son is on BF. I having problem of back pain & constipation after C-section. Till now my mense not started.
Please advice me so that i got some relife.

hi

for back pain do some light excersise only after consalting ur doc take calciual tabs till ur feeding ur baby and for constipation take sabut dana i mean soak sabut dana in water for 15 mins and than boil it wid milk and adds ome sugar and take it in morning and night two times , see about periods it differ for person to person my sis strated after 3 months and i started after 1 year so don' t worry about all this ....

even I'm having the same problem....
even I'm BF...i get so tired... my mom is here to help luckily but she is leaving soon..my husband thinks i've become very lazy... but i'm too tired to do any extra work.. besides the normal work...
anyway hopefully all ur husbands dont think like that....

I have delivered one and half months back via c-section and i am having same problem.i am taking physiotherapy and doing some muscle strengthning exercises.there is some difference.i think only exercise can help .that is what my orthopaeidc surgeon has told me
