My baby is 7.5 months and from the begginning he has the habbit of taking breast milk during night.he gets up 3-4 times during night and I have to feed him breastmilk. He takes it for 4-5 minutes and then sleep. I want to ask is it right for this age baby to feed him during night?Can I replace his feeds by water and also can breasmilk cause tooth decay as he has now two teeth in his lower jaw?

Yes breastmilk can cause tooth decay. I used to do the same till my daughter had teeth. Once she had teeth I switched to giving her milk from bottle and once she got used to the bottle for the night time feedings, I started giving her plain water. Now she wakes up less frequently since I had started doing this.
