Yesterday i went to Ped for Pranav's 6 months well visit.. he had 4 shots :((

He is around 17P 15oz.. Doc asked to start with solids.. first cereals... which i have started.. then orange veggies , green ones and then fruits.. he wanted to follow a pattern.. gosh.. not sure whether pranav is going to take all those....

he asked us to give 2 oz water daily...

Pranav is in his 90th percentile regarding the growth pattern... couple of friends said once start with solids sometimes baby tends to lose weight...

so many things to consider..

Without support he sits for a min and then falls... he likes my laptop, notebook remote and cell phone.. always tapping the laptop :D.... he rolls over living room and comes to kitchen... sometimes find hard to manage with this lil' master...

hi suki gud to know the updates
As i m in india and thr is no routine chkup things...but i went for the vaccination she had DTaP last week here vaccinations are also less than thr? this was the first one she had in india and next is after a month HIB thats it till 9 months...Is thr anyone who can tell me abt vaccinations in India..
she already had one polio vaccination i think as aprt of DTaP so i didnt gave her poilio drops given on 9th April all over in india.

Well she was 5.5 months that day doc visit and is 7.6 kgs height doc didn't measured..that is again a problem doc dont understand the curosity of parents and answers always incompletely that too half heartedly..just says evry thing OK that's it go...which was better in US atleast they answer all lil queries

she sits with support and keep on moving her legs and arms all the time and shouts a lot she tries to speak like tttt and dadada...and she doesn't rolls over someway gud that i dnt have too keep an eye on her all time but she shld b y now or gals are lazy in this...she turns to side 3/4th but not complete.
I give dal ka pani rice cereals with banana oat cereals and will start cerelac next week. but she gives me hard time taking bottle now and mine is not sufficient now..she starts playing with bottle max 2 ounces at a time.
she recognises me starts shouting seeing me..
she is getting full attention among dada dadi nana nani here and never likes to be alone...if i leave her alone for awhile seeing around she will feel thr is no body then starts calling by aaaaaaa she is haapy playing on her own provided some one is sitting in her vision

hard time is she sleeps 1.00 o clock in night and keep on shouting and playing till then i have to sit with her too i tried to make her sleep eraly but she wakes up and then till 1 o' clock in night keep on playing.
suki tell me wat all in orange veggies can we give like carrot n wat else...can we give tomato...pls all suggest me home made veggies for her.

I have problem with pranav reg sleeping.. for the past 2 wks he sleeps around 1am and afternoon too he doesnt sleep well..

man.. its really tough for me to manage these days.. morning time i feel very sleepy :)

good to kn that your lil one enjoys a lot there.. this is the stage wherein she needs lota ppl to pamper...

doc said initially to start with carrot and sweet potato.. once baby is ok with that we need to start with peas .. this month he said his eating pattern shld be..

morning 1 cereal for breakfast
for lunch one protein and veggie
evening oatmeal
night one fruit...

i havent started with fruits.. i want pranav to like sweet potato first so that i can start with carrots and other fruits.. doc said not to give tomato coz it makes the baby skin very dry..

you can give lentil soup... u can give raagi too.. it is full of protein and very healthy for baby..

dont think about what the doc thinks there. u keep asking question... it wld educate us and know more about our baby health...

hair on baby´ s body

I was blessed with a daughter 3 years back n I m really thankful to God for that.It was a c-sec delivery n I was alone with my baby as my husband was posted in field location.n I was clueless about bathing riutals. so I never applied UBTAN on her but now I realized she has too much hair on her legs, back n hands n on face too.

I have been visiting site and finally cld see posts. Rhea is doing good.Pretty active like other kids.she sings whole abc song and counts 1to 6 (her bro' s impact)
I have been busy since i joined work since Jan ,so my inlaws are here to help with kids.i terribley miss both kids during day.
