Hi,

I tried making almond pwd in the mixer. But it doesn't come in to fine pwd & also th pwd is not dry . How to make it fine pwd. Please some one help me how to make fine almond pwd.

I had the same problem when I tried making almond powder in coffee grinder. So I added water and made almond paste(sufficient for a week) in a regular grinder. I store it in the fridge. and when I need to make cereal, I just add a baby spoon of almond paste to the cereal and warm it in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Hope this helps.

you need not make the powder to be very very fine...try making it as much as possible ..at the end it is not going to be a paste but a little griany like the fine sugar we get here in US. yes it will not be dry...while making you need to keep scraping it out from edges of the grinder and grind again till you know you cannot make it further...
this should be fine ..i use the same ....use just a half to 3/4 spoon for twice a day in your cereal feeding.
