Please advise how long should I wait before going for the second cycle of IVF after my first one failed or should I go for consecutive cycles month after another for 3-4 IVF. please help

You can & should go for IVF immediately after first attempt & at least 3 attempts should be done. Success of the IVF greatly depends on age of mother & after 35 egg quality deteriorates fast. Hence do as early as possible. Where did you do it please.

Hi Rakhi,
I agree with poornima that the sucess of ivf depends on age a lot as quality of eggs could deteriorate fast.Those who are above 35, the success rate will be around 30 to 35 percent and so on...If you are looking for specialised IVF treatment i can suggest you BournHall clinic in Gurgaon as they are known to have very good sucess rates in IVF treatment.You can reserach more about them on internet.

Hello Rakhi,

Best advice is to keep 6 months b/w each cycle. 3-4 months at least. And it depends on stimulation protocol you have been through in your previous cycle. the idea is to avoid OHSS and making your ovarian reserve low.
