hi mommies

just wanted to ask u r u all wearing maternity belt.here in us docs are not recommending belt for normal delivery only for c-sec.i did not wear for the first 5-6 days but started it on my mom in laws insistence.how about all of u?

here,in india,doc has recommended not to wear the belt for 6 weeks as i had a c-sec.i wanted to wear a belt but doc has assured me that after 6 weeks ,she would let me wear one and recommend some exercises for the tummy.i just wanted to know whether not wearing a belt would lead to big tummy,i havent gained lot of extra weight but just worried abt the little extra tummy that is seen,pls give me ur suggestions.

hi bhargavi, i too got c section but started to wear a cottn saree around my tummy from day 4. i don't see much change in the size, but I feel the grip and support. I was told to wear a high cut panty to provide the extra grip.
