I had a miscarraige on 17th June after IVF. It was 4 weeks. I got my period on 30th June. How soon should I start the next IVF cycle?
Also, I am in Delhi and my last 3 attempts were with Dr M Kochhar. Now I want to try different doctor.I have heard about Dr Anoop Gupta in Bengali Mkt- has anybody heard of him- any good experience? Is it more advisable to go to Dr Sadhna Desai in Mumbai? I do not have a support system in Mumbai so would be difficult to manage there. I know that you can get embryo transfer done and then fly to Delhi for rest and the check by pregnancy test. But is it better chance to do it in Delhi with Dr Anoop Gupta as compared to getting it done in Mumbai and then coming back to delhi to rest- is it not taking a risk? srk replied. Sorry to hear abt your loss. I had a miscarriage 4 years ago after 8 weeks and was asked to wait for 6 months before trying again as the body needs time to recover. You need to check with your doctor on this.

Sorry to hear of your loss. I think you should wait for a mth or two to let the effect of the hormones [which you were injected with during your IVF cycle] come down. Even psychologically one needs time to recover after a failed IVF cycle. But ask your Gynaec. If he says its ok to start now, do it.
I' m sorry I don' t know anything about the Dr' s you r talking about. Hope someone else can help u there. The Waiting to Try and Trying since Long boards r more active. So think about posting your messages there too.
I think you should meet more Dr' s in Delhi itself. Its going to be tough to fly to Mumbai for IVF and maybe not even safe to fly back immediately after E transfer because you need to be on bedrest for 4-5 days.
