Name: sara sara i had written few question earlier but cant see my name in the ques. list i wonder how? anyway i wud like to know if sleeping on ur tummy during 1st trimester is advisable?and sitting for long put any strain on lower abdomen.
kindly share ur opinions

hi sara

sleeping on the tummy is a BAD idea.. please make an attempt to sleep on your sides and more on the left side which will aid in digestion and prevent burps and acidity.. you need to put up your feet if you are sitting in one position for a long time.. sitting or standing in one place for a long time can cause varicose veins..
