hi preeti,

Its normal during first trimester. As soon as u wake up in the morning try & have some milk & biscuits( marie buscuits)then rest for some time. Please keep on taking fluids & light food as soon as u feel comfortable. Hope this helps.

It is very normal to experience some nausea in the first trimester of pregnancy. It is also normal to experience vomiting and even some weightloss. However, if your health is becoming poor, your doctor can prescribe an anti-nausea medication that does not harm the fetus.

diet during pregnancy
Maintaining a healthy diet during pregnancy is very important.

During this time, your body needs additional nutrients, vitamins and minerals.

In fact, you may need 350–500 extra calories each day during the second and third trimesters.

A diet lacking in key nutrients may negatively affect the baby’s development.
