Hi, i heard about the tummy binder while i was pregnant. Is it useful?? Where can i get that?? I have not yet started to exercise.. can i start going to gym and use walker and abs machine after a month?? Its just been 17 days from my delivery date.

One more thing.. I have a follow up appt with my gynec on 23rd. Can i shave my pubic area before that or is it advisable to wait for a month to shave??

Yes, definitely..! Tummy binder or a postpartum belt can help u flatten the waist. I guess u can start walking from 4-6 weeks onwards. About other exercises, its better u talk to ur doc abt it in the visit.

And as its only external, i think its fine to shave. But its ur wish ... doctors are used to it and dont mind abt stuff like that. Its just ur personal hygiene and the level of being comfy.

Have any of you pierced your baby' s ears? Where did you get it done? Were you able to change the earrings after the piercing and put on indian ear rings? My pediatrician does not do it, and she suggested that i take tanvi to the mall. Pls share your experiences at the mall if you' ve had any.
