Name: Karan Hi friends, i am new to Mumbai and I stay in a company guest house and i am bored of eating out, if there is any one from mumbai and can please teach me personally how to make murg makhani (butter chicken) like we get in hotels which is yummy!!!

I will be really thankfull and will do anything for you!

easy chicken recipie

hi karan

i am originally from bbay but currently in the US .....there is a simple chicken recipe which i could give you

in a cooker / pan add oil when its heated add 3 black peppers, cinnamon stick, 2-3 cloves and 1 bay leaf
once they pout add cut onion ( 2 medium) and fry it till its brown....once its brown add ginger garlic paste .....add tomato puree ( 1 tomato).....add coriander-cumin powder(dhania jeera powder) let it keep start leavin some oil...add chicken ..add water...and salt to taste....close the lid till chicken cooks add green coriander after done ....ready to eat

enjoy with rice or parathas or even jeera rice

May be u should add a paste of almonds & cashews with tomato puree to get the hotel kind of taste.
