Name: harshita I am on my 16th week and hope you all are doing well. Could anyone tell me how is your blood results. Are you taking any iron tablets because i have 11.7 hemaglobin which actually needs to be between 12-16.

Is anyone in san jose area going to san jose medical group ?

My heamoglobin level was also very close to yours. But my case was a bit different because i'm carrying twin babies. So my doctor prescribed me to take extra iron tablets. It is better to increase your heamoglobin level to fit in the normal range. So you can either ask your doictor for a prescription or even choose any iron supplement tablets from Over-the-counter.
PS: Always consult your doctor before taking any medicine.
