She said its normal but try to be happy as i was crying for no reason. i don't know what happened to me. i was fighting with my hubby for no reason(poor him) . i also have wierd dreams when i am asleep. does this happen to anyone? she gave me some medicines for headache and from this week i am doing ok. hopefully never get that again.

Rest is ok

Hi Sweta,
I can understand how u may be feeling, but don't worry it happens with me also at times spclly last weekend i too was crying for no reason but as Radhika wrote its hormone change so just take it easy and relax.I too have severe headaches at times but then i just apply some oil nd keep for an hr and then take a nice head bath and this really helps.
U shud keep urself busy like going for walks, talking to frnds or maybe visit some of ur frnd during day time spclly those who have small kids,u know this really diverts ur mind and the kids really keep u busy.I do that once a week i.e i spend the whole day at my frnds place(she has two kids) and i enjoy so much.
So u know just try to keep urself little busy,u can listen to some good music that really changes ur mood.
Don't worry nd take care now its just a matter of 2 mnths so relax.
Be happy nd keep ur little one happy.

Take good care,
Uma

Hi sweta..
Long time didn't see u online..guess its hormones making u emotional. try to keep ur mind occupied..meet friends, go out,do anything u r interested in.
When i feel down, i always go for walk, talk to friends, trim my plants, do some craft work or cleaning..or try something entirely new even if i waste stuff (not costly..).
Dreams are normal..laugh over it..I once dreamt my husband was spilling all my breast milk and i am screaming at him...I got up angry..(hee! that is embarrassing but funny and i have no idea how he did it..all i could see was it was flowing in the floor..)..
headache...sometimes is due to tension/heat/sometimes i get on weekends just due to inactivity or sleepin too much..so have reg routines, keep mind occupied, see some comedy serials before u sleep and remain active..does reduce a lot of pain everywhere in the body..
If u do feel like yelling, tell ur husband u may burst in between now in advance..and scream and try to forget about it..he will understand. Hopefully he remains quiet during that process.
i take some hot drink to soothe headaches...walking outside has helped a lot esp at night..
Take care..i am sure this is a short phase of pregnancy..u will be cheerful in no time..
bye..
Radhika
