Hi all,

My son is 22 months,he is quite active,plays with other kids. He understands every commands what I say,and follow them like keep the water bottle on the table,he keeps his father shoes in the cupboard when his father comes from office,give me the plate when he finish his food,if I ask him to hold his friend' s hand he will hold etc..but he is not saying the actual words ,he always babbles,he call his father ba,he says bhow bhow when he sees dogie on the road,but if I ask him to say mama,he just babbles..sometimes he says aai(to my mother) if I ask him to say..and if he find something strange ,,like somebody put some sticker on the slide,,he will be pointing and telling something,he always points his finger whatever he wants..if I won' t listen ask him to say in words he starts crying ..

when he will say the other words,actualy last 6 moths when I was in india he used to say ball(not fully)and baby..but here he is not saying that..If ask him to say , he doesn' t listen to me..,everytime I am talking to him, what else I can do ,
Please any one suggest something it will be a great help to me.

just wanted to know hows ur son doing now. since its been approx 10 months since u' ve posted that message. i too have a son who is 20 months old with similar problems that ur son had.
