A tired baby can be recognized by some tell tale signs. A baby who is tired and feeling sleepy will be rubbing his eyes, will not be interested in any activities, will become cranky or fussy and may be crying without any reason. He will also be yawning a lot.

it is alright if a baby falls asleep occasionally while feeding. To avoid making this a habit, parents should not let the baby sleep while feeding or if he is feeling sleepy then let him sleep fist. Feeding can be done after he wakes up.

Newborns can be taught to sleep at a particular time. The sleep routine is to be set and practiced everyday till the newborn identifies the night time to be sleeping time. Make him understand that day time is fun time.

Sleep Problem due to itchy skin
My baby girl is unable to sleep properly due to skin rashes. I have resumed oil massages to help calm her down and facilitate better sleep, using CITTA Baby Massage Oil. Additionally, I am applying the ointment recommended by her doctor for the rashes. Could you please provide me with more ideas that can promote better sleep for her?... - Sanchari Tarafdar [View Message]

RE:How to Develop a Sleep Routine for your Newborn
According to me this is good but then you cannot force your child to sleep as per your wish as kids as really bad in this and they have a tendency to sleep in day and get up in late night so according to me this is not the key to success, please post if i am wrong.... - Anita [View Message]
