Hi Friends,

I had posted a question on Medela Breast Pump sometime ago. This is to let you all know that I purchased the following:

1. Medela Swing Electric Pump
2. Medela - pump and save Milk Collection bag ( 50 nos)
3. Medela - Quick Clean Microwave bags ( 5 nos)

All the above for the price 0f Rs 5640.

The Medela Swing itself cost Rs. 8000 + taxes in Bangalore. I got the product ordered in USA and asked the store to ship it to my friend in USA. She would get it when she is coming to Bangalore.

Since the power volt is 110 in US and 230 in India, you need to buy a convert here to use the pump, else you can use batteries.

This information is posted to all prospective pump buyers. You to can do the similar way of buying and save a lot of money.

According to my gyno, I have some special hormones due to which i can easily lactate and due to that my motherly instincts are extremely high. I was lactating until 1 yr back & I still can induce if i want to breastfeed anyone.
