Hi Jichi and all,

I am in my 19th week and still not showing up :( In fact everyone at work are asking me if I am on diet as I lost weight.

Is this some thing that I need to be concerned about?

Another thing- I am loosing weight. I have lost 7 pounds when compared to my pre-pregnancy weight.
Should I be worried??

I appreciate if some one can provide me tips to eat healthy and gain weight.

I am also constantly loosing weight. My doctor told me that I should at least gain 3-4 pounds by next visit to her office.

And regarding Showing up- hope we will show up in next 2-3 weeks as Jichi said:)

I am feeling the movements now. I did not feel any until last week, but now I feel them. I try this when ever I want to feel the movements- I sleep flat and relax myself and I feel the movements. Now a days, I even feel the movements when I am sitting.

Feeling the movements again might depend from person to person. I have a friend who is now in 24th week and she says she still cant feel the baby move.

me in 20th week now..i too have lost weight in the first 3 months and have not gained any weight until now..:-(..however, a couple of people at work have told me that i have started showing a little..

have you all felt any movements yet???

Do not worry. Most women lose their weight during the first few months due to mornking sickness and starts gaining weight after 4-5 monhts until dd. I lost 4 kgs during my first pregnancy and started gaining weight only during 5th month. Eat healthy foods and dont skip your meal time. this is what you can do. :-)

Showing up - It depends, you might be showing, but its not prominent for others. In my case, i had some baby fat left over already and i really doubt am really showing now or its my old tummy!!!! Anyway, the baby cant hide anymore and may be in 2-3 weeks you might be showing well. till then enjoy as when your tummy gets bigger, you might have discomforts too....to do certain things......
