Sleeping:son's habituate to indian cradle

I am having problem with my 3 months old son’s habit of sleeping in indian cradle only.

When he gets sleepy ….he cries too much… I try to make him sleep in my hand or on bed but in vain.. have to put him in cradle

Because of this habit I am not able to go out of station or where cradle is not available.

I want to get rid of my son´ s habit.

Pls advise/suggest
